Why the set up fee?

We’ve had a number of Real Estate Agents join up and abuse us! Most
agents understand that any Lead Generating System takes time. Buyers do
not fall from the sky and suddenly buy.

When a
lead hits your site you have to welcome
them, feed
them information, nurture them and when THEY are ready, and if you have
given
them value, they will buy from you.

We
recently have had several agents find out the
hard way
that we give one 30 day free trial. They tried us and left because
there was no
immediate gratification only to discover that the sale they just had
came via
our system. Suddenly the think that $100.00 is dirt cheat considering

potential. By then we’ve replaced them in their area. As
we’re not going to
flood the area, the first agent is out of luck!

We’re cutting out BROKERS…Maybe

Our little lead generating site and program is working very well and we’ve priced it so any AGENT can afford it.

The problem we’re running into is Brokers who are trying to produce leads for an entire office.

We recently had a Broker try our 30 free days and somehow we managed to produce 118 leads! No kidding we’re not that good
at producing leads but somehow we fumbled into 118 of them for the Broker. There were useless ones (And they’ll always be those), just lookers, long time frame buyers, and renters among them.

What we found was the Broker was trying to feed about 20 Agents from the leads and charge the Agents per lead. The other thing
we found was that the Broker did not do rentals even though she insisted that she did.

So here’s a Broker trying to charge $10.00 per lead from her Agents, paying $100.00 to New Buyer Leads LLC, lucking into 118 leads
and because the Agents didn’t like the deal decides not to stay!!

From our point of view we invested twenty hours in building the site and had little chance of it ever working under these conditions.

Obtain email addresses, some phone numbers, and buyers time frames.
Show you what the prospective buyers have looked at.
Make it easy for you to quickly contact potentials.
Send you notification that you have a new lead.
Save you money as you no longer need print ads.

Automatically thank the browser for dropping in on your site. (Working on it)
Do your follow up for you.
Produce a sale or rental for every lead.

Just why do you have a website?

From an agents point of view we feel the need to have a site developed for us or buy one “out of the box” to show vast amounts of information so peoples’ eyes will pop out for that WOW effect.

We have links to everything easily obtained through any search engine but it makes us feel great because we HAVE IT ALL. We also (In most cases) have a link to the local MLS in some form, so that people can look and look and look some more at properties. In most cases we don’t even know someone was at our site. We somehow feel comforted that hundreds of people visited our site even though we get few if any leads.

Why does a consumer visit a Real Estate site?

To look at property. Period; that’s it!

On some sites they can wander through many listings and you never know they were there. At some; before they can start looking, they must sign up. The first thing they do is find a site that requires no sign up.

Google versus Yahoo

The winner? Google. Possibly due to the nice clean no clutter look even though the results are basically the same. So perhaps clutter may not be a good thing.

So why should we have a website?

Names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, time frames for buying, anything we can get; but it’s important to GET SOMETHING!

There is a saying in the automotive business (And many other businesses)”when a customers’ lips are moving he’s lying.” You will get the same from any website gathering information. Sometimes a bad phone number and sometimes the wrong time line etc. But if you get a chance to send an email or say “Hi” and be of assistance, you’ve got a potential client.

We believe if you “show them the goods” and they like the results, they will sign up and give some basic information. We believe this because it’s been proven!
